mental health and wellness services. Please read our refund policy carefully
before making a booking or payment.
1.1 Once
a consultation session has been completed or any service has been utilized, no
refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
1.2 If
a session is completely used it can be differed as website credits which may be
utilized in a later session of the same nature.
2.1 Clients may reschedule their appointments with
at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled session as the
psychologist and psychiatrists have busy schedules and rescheduling would
result in direct loss of their located time.
2.2 Failure
to provide adequate notice will result in the session being marked as
completed, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be offered.
3.1 If
you have made a payment for multiple sessions or a package and decide not to
continue, a refund may be issued for the unused sessions, provided no session
has been consumed.
3.2 It
is understood that once a session is used it automatically converts the
connected sessions as non-refundable.
3.3 The
refund will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative or
processing fees.
4.1 Refunds
will only be considered in cases where services were unavailable due to
technical issues on our end and could not be rescheduled within a reasonable
timeframe.
4.2 Internet
outages, electricity outages at the users or technical difficulties faced by the
user’s device or system do not fall under this exception.

7 working days.
6.1 By
booking a service with MonTherapy.pk, you acknowledge and agree to this refund
policy.
